I earned my BA in Business Administration in December 2008 from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. From there, I worked as an intern for an firm that focused on small business accounting and tax preparation and was promoted to Staff Accountant upon graduation. In May 2011, I graduated from UMSL with my Masters Degree in Accounting and became an Enrolled Agent in August 2019. Over the past three years, I have worked multiple hands-on customer service jobs and offered math tutoring services. My journey at SBS began in 2024 as an intern through the St. Charles County CAPS Program. In February I was hired to continue working part-time. I currently complete administrative tasks and some select bookkeeping work. Throughout high school and college, I was the manager of a boutique store. I then worked at a bank, where I had the privilege to learn the positions of teller, banker, operations, and manger. After I graduated college with a BS in Business Administration – Finance, I began my career as a payroll manager for a small accounting firm. I was soon promoted to a staff accountant position. Next, I worked at a major global bank managing a team of financial investigators. During my time working the corporate side of an office, I really missed the client contact.
